About Nanny Paula'
In 2019, I moved to the Bay Area to begin a 4-year doctorate program in clinical psychology. Now, having completed that coursework, I have returned to the PNW for the interim. As I prepare to embark on my clinical internship in Fall 2024 - Spring 2025, I aim to return to providing childcare to Portland area families in the meantime.
I'm also greatly looking forward to taking a break from working as a therapist (and turning off my clinical brain!) to concentrate on transitioning from grad school. Equally, I look forward to enjoying the simple pleasures of life outside school and reacquainting myself with my hometown and community.
Working with children has long been a joy of mine and I love how grounding and inspiring connecting with them can be. I'd like the opportunity to work with families that would benefit from my current intentions.
Maybe that's you and yours...?
